PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, 
excluding UK public holidays).

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard UK Delivery: 5–10 business days
Express UK Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)

Free standard delivery on orders over £30
Standard delivery: £3.99
Express delivery: £6.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation 
email with your tracking number.

DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as 
Christmas or Bank Holidays. EcoPaws UK is not responsible for delays 
caused by the courier or customs.
