We want to be completely transparent about how and when your EcoPaws orders are delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, courier issues, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. EcoPaws UK cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office first. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
